Note that the fabric contains elasticity and will stretch over the bike.

Installation guide
Lift the front of the bike and fit the corner around the front wheel
Lift the rear of the bike and stretch the cover to fit the bottom of the rear wheel.
Pull up the cover to fit the rear wheel. Move the bike forward to assist.
