Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase excluding weekends and bank holidays. We ship from the EU and delivery times will depend on the destination but we will aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and normally within 5-7 business days for orders wihtin Europe.

For deliveries outside of Europe, shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Times may be longer if there are global supply challenges.

You’ll be sent a tracking number once your order is dispatched from our logistics partners where you can follow the delivery of your parcel.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £220 within the EU and UK.

All other orders will be charged at £8.95 for the first item and £1.95 extra per additional item.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control and we take price in our high standards.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects in the first instance and we offer a free repair service if any occur within the first year.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods for any defects on arrival.

It does not cover rips or material tears, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Returns & Refunds
