A bespoke design service for cycling teams, clubs, and tour operators who want their fleet to carry one unmistakable identity, on the road and in storage.

Built for groups that ride as one

Clubs & Collectives

A shared visual identity for members who ride together and want it to show, from the club run to the café stop.

Tour Operators & Touring Companies

Durable, presentable protection for bike fleets in constant transit, handling, and storage between tours.

Cycling Teams & Racing Squads

A protective system in your team's own palette, consistent across every rider's machine, at races, transfers, and team presentations.

Designed with you

Every custom commission is developed directly between your team and the NUVE design studio, not a template with your colours dropped in.

Consultation

Share your team's colours, identity, and how the fleet will be used; racing, touring, storage, or all three.

Design Development

The NUVE design team develops your custom colour-way and detailing across the NX1 outdoor system, NX2 indoor system, or both, including printed team logos or crests where required.

Review & Approval

You review the design concept before production begins.

Production

Your commission is manufactured to the same standard as every NUVE product.

Delivery

Your custom bike covers arrive ready; matched, protected, and unmistakably yours.

Craft & Materials

The Same Standard. Your Identity.

A custom commission draws on the same crafting expertise and high-performance Carvico textiles used across the multi-award-winning NUVE range, recognised with the Design & Innovation Award 2023, and German Design Award 2024. Custom does not mean a different tier of quality. It means the same technical protection, built around your team's own design.

The NX1 outdoor system uses GRS-certified recycled polyester Carvico fabric; the NX2 indoor system uses GRS-certified recycled polyester Carvico fabric. Both are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified for safe skin contact and safe handling.

A Team That Reads as One

At the start line, on a tour, or parked outside the clubhouse, your bikes are instantly recognisable as a unit.

Your Crest, Built In

Team logos and crests can be printed directly into the design, not an afterthought patch, but part of the commission from the start.

Protecting a Collective Investment

A team's custom collective bike covers often represents significant combined value; this is engineered protection, not an afterthought.

Presentation-Ready in Transit

For tour operators, a fleet that looks considered on arrival says something about the operation before a single wheel turns.

Limited

The Founding Teams Programme

The first teams to commission a custom design help shape this service from the ground up. Founding Teams are recognised as the earliest partners in NUVE's team programme, with direct input alongside the design studio as the process itself is refined.
