Shipping Terms  

Orders are dispatched within 48hrs of your order being placed, with a cut off time of 1400 CET on the day of purchase excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Deliveries will be made by NUVE’s distribution specialist from within the EU. Timings will differ depending on the region and based on your delivery address stated. Shipping costs include a tracked service with damage protection cover. 

For orders to the UK or within mainland Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over £200, otherwise charges will apply. Duties and taxes may apply when shipping outside of the EU and may vary depending on which country you are shipping to.

There are a limited number of products that are shipped from the UK to UK customers where possible. We use a 48hrs tracked service within the UK.

 

Destinations we ship to

We currently ship to all EU countries, Japan, Norway, UK, USA (mainland states only). We hope to expand our destination list in the future, please inform us if your country is not listed to help inform our decisions.

 

Christmas & New Year Deliveries

The last day for Christmas deliveries is 19th December. For orders to the EU, orders should be placed by 1400 CET and for orders delivered to the UK, by 2300 GMT. Our logistics partners have estimated timings with intent to deliver within a 2-3 business day period, but these timings could be delayed. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Between 20th December 2025 and 8th January 2026, orders to EU may be delayed due to seasonal holidays with our partner network. We will do our best to fulfil orders as soon as possible but please do bear with us. Orders for UK delivery between 22nd Dec 2025 - 2nd Jan 2026 will be subject to Royal Mail delivery timetables over the festive period.
