The return conditions apply to all items purchased at nuvexperience.com and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days and an option to return the item within 30 days of purchase. 

Under our Returns policy we offer returns for all full price products under the following conditions:

  1. Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition. They must be unused with no marks (oil, dirt etc) and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition. We recommend cleaning your bike before you test the product to prevent any marks soiling the item.

  2. All gift cards are non-refundable.

  3. All Artwork is produced on demand and therefore any artwork prints are non refundable.
  4. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

  5. The customer will be reimbursed excluding the original shipping costs and any customs duties paid within 30 days after receipt of the Goods back to NUVE and by the original payment method.

  6. The customer is responsible for any charges relating to the return of the Goods. 

  7. Any Goods that are damaged or soiled will be refused and therefore not reimbursed. 

If you consider the Product you purchase is defective on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after delivery by emailing info@nuvexperience.com. We will evaluate if your Product has suffered from a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the Product is not available.

Please be aware that we’re not able to offer free return shipping, the cost of return postage falls to the customer. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning products nor taxes incurred.

Orders are dispatched from either our distribution warehouses in the EU or the UK. Returns are processed in London, UK.

To request a return within the 30 day period, please send your request, quoting your order number and proof of purchase to info@nuvexperience.com in the first instance.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you can send back the original Product for a refund within the conditions above and place a new order on our website.

Sale Items and Custom Orders:

We do not accept the return of Sale Items or Custom Orders. Sale items purchased are offered at discount rates and are therefore final. Custom orders are produced specifically for a customer, made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

NUVE is a UK-based company and as a result is governed in accordance with English law.
